The care service provider has bought the care homes in Rochester and Berkshire from Four Seasons Health Care Group, as part of the group’s sale process.
Care service provider Belmont Healthcare has acquired three care homes from Four Seasons Health Care Group, as part of the group’s sale process.
Financial terms have not been disclosed.
The acquisition is part of Belmont Healthcare’s growth strategy to acquire trading homes across the South East and Midlands, where it can add value to those homes through investment in technology and improved facilities.
“We are already working with the care teams across all homes to transition them over to our operating model as well as exploring plans to invest in improved and new facilities to enhance the care that is delivered to every resident and their families,” said Belmont Healthcare managing director Adam Hutchison.
The three homes are Copper Beeches Care Home in Rochester together with Woodbury House Care Home and Murdoch House Care Home in Berkshire. The acquisition will increase Belmont’s portfolio to seven homes across the South East of England and add 97 beds across the group.
There is no impact on any employees within the homes acquired, and all members of staff will transfer over to become employees of Belmont Healthcare Services.
