Former Nuffield Health executive joins to lead Maulin Group’s newly established Partnership Team.
Integrated healthcare professional services platform Maulin Group has announced the appointment of Jon Canham as Chief Customer Officer who brings three decades of experience working alongside senior UK healthcare leaders across both the Independent Sector and the NHS.
The new role will give UK healthcare organisations, providers and practitioners a single, clear route into the full breadth of the group’s ecosystem, spanning clinical risk consultancy and investigations, contractually guaranteed medical indemnity, specialist legal defence and advisory, and purpose-built healthcare technology.
Canham joins following senior roles at Nuffield Health, where he held commercial accountability for 12 hospitals across the London and Central Region, one of the group’s largest and most complex hospital portfolios. He also served as founding Hospital Director of Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew’s, the group’s high-acuity cardiac hospital in central London, and held operational accountability for national programmes including robotics, standardisation projects and oncology partnerships.
“Maulin Group exists to improve clinical standards, and the hardest part for a provider can be knowing where to start. That is exactly what Jon and our UK Partnership Team are here to solve: one conversation, one team, and things start moving. I am delighted to welcome him to the group,” said Oliver Maughan, Founder and Chief Executive of Maulin Group.
Canham’s earlier career spans leadership positions at HCA International’s London Bridge Hospital, Spire Healthcare and GenesisCare UK, built on clinical foundations as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in palliative care.
