Consultant orthopaedic surgeon and knee specialist Sam Rajaratnam has moved his full surgical practice and team to Cleveland Clinic London.
Rajaratnam is known for his work on knee replacement surgery and for developing ROSA robotics in knee surgery. His practice is based at Cleveland Clinic London, with outpatient clinics in Cleveland Clinic London Hospital in Belgravia and Portland Place Outpatient Centre in the Harley Street Health District.

He also has a successful soft tissue knee injury practice and has performed more than 2,500 anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions and other soft tissue knee reconstructive procedures. He regularly treats members of the Professional Football Association and is on the regular faculty of the FIFA Medical Conference each year.
Rajaratnam originally trained at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital in London. He was the director of orthopaedics at the Schoen Clinic London from 2018 to 2023 and was a consultant knee surgeon at the Horder Centre in East Sussex for 17 years before moving to the Cleveland Clinic London.
