The Manchester-headquartered independent healthcare provider has strengthened its presence across the Midlands.
In a move that strengthens its presence across the Midlands, independent healthcare provider Pall Mall Medical has announced the acquisition of Kat & Co, a medical surgery and clinic in Birmingham.
Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Founded by consultant plastic surgeon CC Kat, Kat & Co is well regarded, and as part of the acquisition, she will continue in her role as a practising surgeon within the business, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
Raja Pitalia, managing director of Pall Mall Medical, will oversee both Pall Mall and Kat & Co.

Together, we will reach more patients, offer more services, and continue to raise standards in healthcare,” he said about the deal.
Over the past 15 years, Pall Mall has grown from a single GP clinic to a healthcare provider with clinics in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, as well as a private hospital in Newton-le-Willows. The business now employs more than 150 staff and services include private GP appointments, consultant-led clinics, surgery, as well as advanced health screens and diagnostics.
