As part of a rebrand, the independent medical advisory firm is emphasising its PACLI service, which provides a multidisciplinary report right at the start of a case.
TMLEP, which provides independent medical expert evidence to support litigation, investigations, and complex healthcare matters, has rebranded and revamped its website as the business enters its second decade.
The visual refresh is designed to reflect the significant growth and modernisation the firm has undergone over the last ten years.
Speaking about the transition, Nina Vegad, Director of Client Relations at TMLEP, explains that the rebrand was necessary to align the company’s identity with its evolving ethos. “It perfectly captures the direction and growth of TMLEP, bringing renewed energy and engagement to the brand,” says Vegad.

Central to this new chapter is the promotion of the firm’s Pre-Action Clinical Liability Investigation (PACLI) service. While TMLEP developed PACLI approximately 18 months ago, the rebrand serves as a springboard to highlight how the service is changing the game for solicitors.
Unlike traditional expert evidence, where solicitors often wait months or years to collect individual reports from various specialists, PACLI provides a multidisciplinary report right at the start of a case. This single, detailed document incorporates clinical opinions from multiple experts, who also have visibility of each other’s input before finalising their position.
“PACLI assists solicitors in helping them understand their client’s potential claim in greater detail and assess, not only the direction but also the merit of the case as early as possible,” Vegad notes. She highlights that TMLEP’s average turnaround time is just 21 to 28 days.
By leveraging a membership panel of just under 3,000 vetted experts, TMLEP can manage these complex investigations on a fixed-fee basis, removing the cost and time bottlenecks that frequently plague clinical negligence litigation.
The new branding will be formally launched at upcoming industry conferences in the autumn, where the firm aims to demonstrate how these refined services will further support the healthcare and legal sectors.
