The healthtech firm’s electronic patient record software has been added to the government’s G Cloud 14 Framework.
London-based healthtech company Vannin Healthcare has been added to the G Cloud 14 Framework, part of the British government’s broader strategy to modernise public sector IT infrastructure and promote the adoption of cloud technologies.
The company’s electronic patient record (EPR) system, Greencube, won the contract for Vannin. It is a healthcare management software that integrates clinical, administrative, and operational processes into a unified platform.
Key modules include clinical history and patient management. Greencube’s management system captures comprehensive patient histories, including medical, familial, and occupational details. Healthcare professionals can access previous records, manage patient problems and alerts, and track allergies or diagnoses. The system’s progress reports and automated discharge summaries enhance workflow and reduce administrative burden.
Another module includes patient engagement tools. The firm’s mobile applications allow patients to access medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with care teams.
The platform’s diagnostic module integrates with PACS and LIS systems for real-time test results and patient monitoring while the hospitalisation and emergency modules manage patient admissions, including flexible appointment scheduling and automated notifications for consultations and test results.
Finally, the advanced analytics and decision support module incorporates real-time data and business intelligence tools that offer actionable insights to improve resource utilisation, patient outcomes and operational performance. Administrators can automatically generate healthcare and financial reports to track key performance indicators and optimise resource allocation.
Through the G Cloud 14 Framework, NHS trusts and public healthcare organisations can now compliantly procure the platform.
