London-based property developer Zephyr X has acquired land for a newly approved care home project in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
Financial terms have not been disclosed.
The project will provide an 80-bedroom care home of all en suite wet rooms, a café, cinema, and a hair and beauty salon, lounge and dining rooms, as well as balcony areas and landscaped gardens and canal-facing decking.
Planning permission was secured in October 2024, contracts were exchanged in late November and the expectation is that ground will be broken in early 2025.
The care home will be operated by Sutton Coldfield-headquartered Bracebridge Care Group which currently operates give care homes.
