Maulin Group has announced the acquisition of healthcare technology specialist Elysium Web Services in a move designed to accelerate the development of targeted risk-management tools for the sector.

Elysium Web Services, which has expertise in scalable software development, digital infrastructure, information governance and security, will strengthen Maulin Group’s in-house ability to design, build and deploy technology that helps healthcare providers manage clinical risk more effectively.

According to the Group, technology is central to its mission of enabling safer care, stating that the sector requires purpose-built digital tools that identify emerging risks, support decision-making and embed strong governance throughout the clinical journey.

Elysium Web Service’s team will form the core of Maulin Group’s technology development and infrastructure capability, focusing on creating integrated solutions that reduce avoidable harm, improve safety and control the cost of risk.
