The new group integrates consultancy, tech, legal, and indemnity services to help healthcare providers navigate risk and drive innovation.
Maulin Group has announced its official launch today, introducing what it calls a “world first” in clinical risk intelligence.
The group has built a unified architecture that integrates clinical consultancy, healthcare technology, legal services and indemnity into one connected ecosystem. By integrating these into a single collective, Maulin Group aims to give healthcare organisations, providers and practitioners an intelligent view of risk and opportunity, enabling them to eliminate repeat errors, deliver safer care and reduce operational cost while unlocking capacity for innovation.
“When people fall ill, they expect healthcare to respond with the full power of modern science. After more than a decade in clinical risk, one thing has become very clear to me; outcomes are too often limited not by science, but by the way the wider system is structured,” said Oliver Maughan, Founder and CEO of Maulin Group.
“Providers work incredibly hard, but they are forced to operate within frameworks that make it difficult for intelligence to move quickly, for learning to be shared consistently and for risks to be controlled in real time. That is the gap we are here to close.”

A “new age” for risk management
Founded in the United Kingdom with an international growth strategy, the group is building its comprehensive offering by integrating and acquiring specialised businesses across its core domains. The goal is to create a global platform robust enough to support both state-funded and private healthcare providers.
Maulin’s proposed solution is an architectural overhaul. “Our ecosystem brings clinical risk, technology, defence and indemnity into one intelligent framework that learns fast and acts decisively,” said Maughan. “It gives organisations the clarity and support they need to seize the opportunities of modern healthcare while staying protected from the risks that can hold systems back. This is the model the sector has needed for years, and it is what will allow healthcare to advance at the speed science now makes possible.”
Maulin Group is initiating its service rollout with providers in the United Kingdom and Australia. The company has outlined an ambitious five-year global expansion plan, with additional international territories slated to follow.
