The independent healthcare provider has opened the clinic for individuals experiencing early signs of mild cognitive impairment.
Independent healthcare provider Phoenix Hospital Group has opened a new memory clinic within the Harley Street Health District which offers a full cognitive assessment and diagnosis.
It provides same-day access to memory specialists, diagnostic imaging and blood tests. Patients can self-refer, with appointments available within days and no waiting lists.
“Memory concerns can be frightening and often life-changing,” said Marcus Whiteley, hospital director at the group.
“Our new service removes the long delays many families face, replacing them with timely, compassionate care and clinical clarity – fast. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel safe, heard, and supported,” he continued.
The clinic is designed for individuals experiencing symptoms such as increasing forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, struggling to find the right words and changes in mood, personality, or behaviour which may be early signs of mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s disease, or other forms of dementia.

Discreet and private
Each patient at the clinic receives a personalised consultation, including a full medical history, cognitive testing, and any necessary MRI scans or blood work, with results delivered and explained by a consultant the same day. Patients will be supported by experts who can provide appropriate follow-up care and onward referral where needed, ensuring a seamless pathway beyond diagnosis.
The clinic provides a discreet and private environment focused on person-centred care. Phoenix Hospital Group has positioned the clinic as part of a broader push for proactive, preventative healthcare, with additional wellness screening services available for older adults, including checks on heart health, cancer risk, and bone density.
Harley Street Health District has seen growth in recent months. In mid-April, Hale House opened a £52 million healthtech innovation hub there to accelerate healthtech innovation by connecting startups to the wider healthcare ecosystem.
